1. Understanding the Website

The information on this website is for general understanding only.
If anything is misunderstood, the final details will always be confirmed in writing through the consultancy agreement.
Only the signed consultancy agreement represents the official scope of work.

2. Our Consultancy

Truly Knowing Malaysia is a data-based integration consultancy designed to guide knowledge-intensive and mixed knowledge-labour foreigners to truly understand Malaysia beyond surface-level tourism experiences.

We provide personalized social integration guidance through practical training and refined research based on our foundational societal dataset focused on the low-wage, high-profit foreign labour ecosystem in Malaysia and beyond. The dataset helps foreigners understand how their experiences and presence may be influenced by the way Malaysian society functions, as well as by wider global and historical developments.

While we aim to provide meaningful and practical guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results may depend on factors beyond our control.

The same foundational dataset is also used in our other business, CoreSocietal Analytics which provides data analytics and AI development consultancy.

3. Consultancy Agreement

Before starting any consultancy, we will sign a consultancy agreement that clearly outlines:

• The chosen package and deliverables

• Payment stages and timelines

• Responsibilities of both parties

This ensures there are no surprises for either side.

4. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, data, and feedback.
Delays or inaccuracies in client input may affect timelines or outcomes.

5. Payments

Payments follow the agreed schedule in the signed consultancy agreement.
If payments are delayed, the consultancy may be paused until resolved.

6. Limitation of Liability

We commit to delivering our consultancy to the best of our ability.
However, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseen losses outside the agreed scope.

7. Communication

Official communication should take place through our designated business channels (e.g., email).
Informal discussions (e.g., on messaging apps or social media) are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version agreed at the start of a consultancy will apply for that consultancy.
